Verified on 14.09.2026: Law 23/2026 of 1 June removed the maximum eligible ticket cost from the mobility subsidy (now MCT), yet the service page on gov.pt — updated on 09.09.2026 — still shows the €400 cap. Anyone reading the page before deciding is still planning around a limit that no longer exists.
The application deadline for call M2030-2026-21 has been extended to 10 October 2026, 17:00. All other conditions of the call remain unchanged.
Rate grid confirmed: 50% for SMEs outside buildings; for works on the building itself, a 30% base with top-ups reaching 65%. Minimum eligible spend €50,000.
Applications open for the Energy Efficiency and Decarbonisation incentive scheme. Deadline: 10 September 2026, 17:00. Up to €300,000 per project — €450,000 in tourism.
